Weekly Mindfulness and Meditation sessions for Magdalene MCR members in Buckingham Room. The sessions are designed to address high-pressure environments by balancing academic "doing" with intentional "being." Utilising breathwork and meditation, has also been shown to improve concentration and cognitive clarity.
Our sessions will be conducted by an instructor from the Art of Living, a global organisation dedicated to building physical and mental well-being.
